Leaked memos have led to a number of accusations surrounding Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito, as confirmed by OKMagazine.com. Roberts was nominated by President George W. Bush and took office on September 29, 2005. Roberts has historically been known to hold strong conservative views, and a high regard for the rule of law. The memo indicates that Roberts pressured his fellow Supreme Court justices to grant him a leading role in cases related to Donald Trump. He took the initiative in a March case regarding the removal of Trump from state ballots due to his involvement in the January 6 Capitol attack, insisting on a unanimous decision. Roberts assumed control of the case concerning the prosecution of January 6 rioters from Alito. At the time, Alito was dealing with controversy over his wife’s display of an upside-down American flag. There is no further information at this time, as this is a developing story.
